I was snuggled in my bed reading a book. One of Edding's "The Elenium" I think. I don't know how long I laid there reading when I looked up. There above me on the wall about 3/4ths the way up was a large black spider. Easily 6" across. Oddly I didn't freak out. I just stared at it a while and then slowly inched my way towards the foot of the bed. When I got close to the edge I looked up towards the ceiling and saw another spider. Not as big as the other one and this one was a mottled brown and ecru (I was going to say off-white but I'm gay and am expected to know and use all those fou-fou colours). The spider moved a bit to the right, then stopped, then fell. Towards me. Amazingly fast, I swung my legs up quickly and kicked the spider mid-air. I remember my heart-beating a million miles an hour. That's when I turned my head towards the other spider which just hung there for a few seconds then jumped at me. That's when I woke up. Death to all spiders!!

Check out these simple tutorials on using CSS floats. Of interest might be the 2 or 3 column CSS layouts. Personally, I like to use a TABLE as the overall containing construct rather than a DIV simply because if there's an image too large for the container (like someone posting a huge graphic on your friends page) a TABLE will expand to accommodate the image. Using a DIV will often truncate the image.
