Woke up early since L was supposed to come over and get the updated version of the program. He probably wasn't here more than 20 minutes. After that I headed over to Wal-Mart to look around a bit. Looked for some miniature roses for my mom but they didn't have any. I decided to walk down Armory road to the Stater Bros. shopping strip but stopped off at my aunt's house to use the bathroom and get a drink of water. I noticed when I passed the armory that they're still sprucing up the security there. More lights, new fencing, etc... Anyway, at the shopping center I stopped at Rite-Aid and found some knick-knacks my mom likes (and I hate) so I got her a few. Walked a few stores down to Adorable Pets and picked up a harlequin rasbora. Headed home from there, went online for a little while and talked to Afi. Then got hungry so I had left over fried chicken, tater wedges and potato salad. Yummy! Got a call from L about making some changes to the program. I make them and he came over again to pick up a fresh copy. Played a little Rollercoaster Tycoon for a while. I went back to the program and found a few things that didn't look right so I call L and we went back and forth synchronizing errors. He came by one more time to give me an updated version of the help file that I needed. Had some macaroni and cheese, then some chicken noodle soup. Later on some dry-roasted peanuts. Spent a few minutes trying to find the model number on the vacuum cleaner so I could get the right replacement bags for it. Decided to not watch Enterprise as I found the Stargate SG-1 episode on at the same time far more interesting. It was the episode where the show did it's homage to Groundhog Day with Jack and Teal'c doing the repeating. BTW, does anyone else out there agree with me that Michael Shanks (Dr. Daniel Jackson) is one hot & sexy dude? Had some more peanuts. Played a little of Caesar 3 which I haven't played in a while now. Seems like the only games I play now are RCT or Quake2.
