heh. "in no particular order:"
i think it looks like a rather neat alphabetical order myself:-)

oy what horrid music the 80:ies could produce...
yet, i remember albums like these:
david bowie - scary monsters
sade - diamond life
sonic youth
pixies - surfer rosa
rem

there were some good stuff there too...
*nods* As with any decade there's good and horrid music. In the case of the 80's I considered all the proto-rap and hair band stuff an anathema. But overall I do love 80's music probably because it's what I grew up with in jr. high and high school.

There's a lot of music that didn't make the list simply because as good as some songs were the albums on whole weren't good. Examples would be Pink Floyd, Debbie Harry, Enya, Erasure, the Smiths, and the B-52s.

Oh, heh, thanks for catching that. Yes, they were meant to be in alphabetical order. What I meant to say was "in no particular order of importance". I suppose I could correct that.

Thanks for stopping by! :o)
